When I first met Emma I knew we were a great fit! I loved hearing her excitement and vision for her senior portraits. Emma wanted a little of everything in her session to showcase her many fun sides. So we started planning and designing her custom senior session to fit her exact vision. First, you can easily tell this girl is full of life and energy. She was so excited to shoot a portion of her session in a field of sunflowers. These weren't just any sunflowers, they had blooms the size of your head! Emma has a special connection with sunflowers with sentimental memories so this location was perfect! Next Emma wanted a variety of an urban vibe as well as a sunlit bohemian nature vibe. I told you.... she wanted a little of EVERYTHING! We started in Old Town Fort Collins and found lots of alleys with colorful backgrounds and textures. We changed up Emma's look with her favorite pair of ripped jeans and her Loveland Indians High School letter jacket. Then we headed to a nearby park right at the golden hour to catch the last bit of light for her Boho look. Emma's white summer dress with embroidered flowers and fresh floral crown looked magical with the sunset. I am so impressed by Emma's grace and maturity. She has such a drive to succeed in everything she puts her mind to. I loved getting to know Emma and her mom during this process. This girl is going to get her dreams there is no doubt about that!
